Phase 3

Dulaglutide is a medicine used to help control blood sugar in people with Type 2 Diabetes, a condition where the body doesn’t use insulin properly. This study is for kids with Type 2 Diabetes, lasting about 8 months. Participants will try new doses of Dulaglutide to see how well they work.

Key Points:

  • Study Duration: About 8 months
  • Eligibility: Kids with Type 2 Diabetes, must be on a stable dose of metformin or insulin
  • Exclusions: Those with Type 1 Diabetes, certain health history, or recent use of specific medications

To be part of this study, you need to have Type 2 Diabetes managed by diet, exercise, and possibly metformin or insulin. You must weigh at least 50 kilograms and have a BMI above the 85th percentile. People with Type 1 Diabetes, a history of certain severe conditions, or recent use of weight-loss drugs can’t join. The study helps to test additional doses of Dulaglutide in kids to find the best treatment option. Participants will be monitored closely to ensure safety and effectiveness during the study period.
