This study is testing a new drug called **JNJ-90301900** to see if it helps treat **non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)** better when used with standard treatment. NSCLC is a type of lung cancer that is not easy to remove with surgery. The standard treatment includes chemotherapy (using drugs to kill cancer cells) and radiation therapy (using high energy rays to kill cancer cells). After this, patients usually get another treatment called **consolidation immunotherapy (cIT)**, which helps the immune system fight cancer.
The researchers want to find out if adding JNJ-90301900 can improve the **objective response rate (ORR)**, which measures how well the cancer responds to treatment.
- The study requires participants to have stage III NSCLC that cannot be surgically removed.
- Participants must have a good general health status with an ECOG performance status of 0 to 1, meaning they can carry out daily activities.
- Participants should not have certain health conditions like heart problems or immune system issues.
