Phase 2/3

ASTX030-01 Study is examining a drug called ASTX030, which combines two medicines: azacitidine and cedazuridine. This study is for people with certain blood cancers, like myeloid neoplasm, and is testing how well ASTX030 works alone or with another medicine called venetoclax. The research is happening in stages (Phases 1 to 3) and is expected to last around 8 years. The study will compare how people respond to ASTX030 either in a pill form or as an injection.

  • The study is ongoing and will take about 8 years in total.
  • Participants may need to take pills and fast for 4 hours during the study.
  • Eligibility includes having a specific type of blood cancer and being able to swallow pills.

Participants must meet certain health criteria to join, like having good organ function and no recent major surgeries. Some people, like those with certain other diseases or infections, cannot join. It's important for participants to understand the commitment and criteria before joining this study.
