A Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Golcadomide in Combination With Rituximab (Golca + R) vs Investigator's Choice in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma Who Have Received at Least 1 Prior Line of Systemic Therapy (GOLSEEK-4)

Phase 3
This study is looking at how well a drug called *golcadomide* works when used with another drug, **rituximab**, for people with a type of cancer called **follicular lymphoma** (a cancer of the lymph nodes). This study is for people whose cancer has come back or didn't respond well to previous treatments. **Key Points:** - Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new treatment or a treatment chosen by the study doctor. - The study will be conducted at multiple centers, and it is important to know that the study is "open label," meaning both the doctors and participants will know which treatment is being given. - People with certain types of lymphoma, medical conditions, or who have had specific medical events recently may not be eligible. Before joining, participants need to have had at least one previous treatment that included a specific type of drug called an anti-CD20 antibody. The study will monitor safety and how well the treatment works. It's important for potential participants to discuss with their doctors to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and understand the study commitments.
