This study is testing a new medicine called Corabotase (IPN10200) for adults with Cervical Dystonia (CD). CD is a condition that affects the head and neck, causing pain and stiffness. The usual treatment for CD involves injections that last about 3 months, but Corabotase is designed to last longer. The study will compare Corabotase to a placebo (a substance with no active medicine) to see how well it works and if it is safe.
The study has two parts. First, a Screening Period lasting up to 4 weeks to check if you can join. Then, a Treatment Period of 36 weeks where you might receive different doses of Corabotase or a placebo. You will have up to 12 clinic visits plus a phone call during the study. These visits will include tests like blood samples, physical exams, and questionnaires.
- The study lasts up to 40 weeks in total (about 9 months).
- Requires up to 12 clinic visits and one phone call.
- You may continue some medications, but must record details.
