Phase N/A

**Proton and Photon Consortium Registry (PPCR)** is a study to help children with cancer who receive radiation therapy. **Radiation therapy** is a treatment that uses high-energy rays to kill cancer cells. There are two types: proton beam radiation therapy (PBRT), which is more precise and may cause fewer side effects, and photon radiation, which is more common but less precise. This study will collect data to compare these treatments and see which works better and has fewer side effects over time.

If you join this study, doctors will collect information about your cancer treatments, like surgeries and medicines, and how well they work for you. They'll also check for any side effects you might experience. Each year, they'll update your medical record to keep track of your condition.

  • **Length:** The study will keep in touch with you for your lifetime, contacting you or your doctor yearly.
  • **Eligibility:** You must be under 22 years old and treated with radiation at a participating center.
  • **Privacy:** Your data may be shared with research doctors and stored securely to protect your privacy.
