Phase 2

This study is testing if a drug called vimseltinib is safe and effective for treating adults with chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease (cGVHD), a condition that can happen after a stem cell transplant. In cGVHD, the new immune cells from the donor attack the recipient's body. Participants will take vimseltinib in cycles of 28 days for up to 2 years.

Eligibility: To join, you need to have had a stem cell transplant and be experiencing moderate to severe cGVHD, needing medication to help your immune system. You must have tried at least two other treatments that didn’t work, and you should have stable body functions. You also need to agree to use contraception if you can have children.

  • Study lasts for about 2 years with 28-day treatment cycles.
  • Participants must meet specific health requirements.
  • Prior unsuccessful treatments for cGVHD are required.
