Phase 1

Graves' Disease is a health problem where the body's immune system makes the thyroid gland work too much, causing it to grow and release too much hormone. This study is trying to find out if a new treatment, called BHV-1300, is safe for people with Graves' Disease. It also wants to see how this new treatment affects special markers in the body connected to the disease.

To join, you must have Graves' Disease confirmed by a blood test. You cannot join if your overactive thyroid was caused by other issues, like a toxic adenoma (a type of thyroid growth) or if you had a severe thyroid problem called a thyroid storm in the last six weeks. Also, you cannot have had certain treatments like radioactive iodine or thyroid surgery before.

  • Study checks if BHV-1300 is safe and works well for Graves' Disease.
  • You need to have a blood test to confirm Graves' Disease to join.
  • Avoid if you've had certain thyroid treatments or problems recently.
