Phase 2

This study is testing a medicine called budoprutug for people with a kidney disease called primary membranous nephropathy (PMN). Budoprutug is a type of antibody (a protein that helps your body fight infections) designed to target and reduce certain cells in the body. Participants will receive different doses of budoprutug through an IV (a needle in the vein). The study lasts for about 48 weeks, with visits on Day 1, Day 15, Day 169, and Day 183. During these visits, researchers will check how safe the medicine is and how it works in the body. People who have other types of kidney disease, recent infections, or are pregnant cannot join.

  • Study involves 4 visits over 48 weeks.
  • Participants receive budoprutug through an IV.
  • Check-ups for safety and effects of the medicine.
