Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a skin condition where painful lumps form under the skin. This study is testing a cream called ruxolitinib to see how well it works for people with HS. Ruxolitinib is a medicine that belongs to a group called JAK inhibitors, which help reduce inflammation.

Eligibility: To join this study, you must have had HS for at least 6 months and it should affect at least 3 different body areas. You shouldn’t use other HS treatments during the study. You also need to agree not to become pregnant or father a child during the study. Some health conditions may prevent you from joining.

  • The study involves applying the cream and regular check-ups.
  • No antibiotics for HS are allowed during the study.
  • Participants must follow health guidelines to avoid pregnancy.

If you have other severe health issues, or have unusual lab results, you might be unable to join. This study helps understand if ruxolitinib cream can be a safe and effective treatment for HS.
