A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Divarasib and Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab and Pemetrexed and Carboplatin or Cisplatin in Participants With Previously Untreated, KRAS G12C-Mutated, Advanced or Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Phase 3

This study is looking at how well a new treatment combination works for adults with a specific type of lung cancer called KRAS G12C-mutated, advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). "KRAS G12C" is a specific change in the cancer cells. The study compares two treatments: one with divarasib and pembrolizumab and the other with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and either carboplatin or cisplatin. The study checks if these treatments help stop the cancer from growing and if they are safe.

  • To join, participants shouldn't have had previous treatments for this cancer.
  • Participants must be able to receive chemotherapy involving platinum-based drugs.
  • The study involves regular health checks and monitoring.
