This study offers an online home-based exercise program for women who have survived gynecologic cancer (cancers like uterine, ovarian, or cervical). It aims to improve symptoms such as pain, tiredness, sleep problems, depression, and thinking issues. The study will also look at the gut microbiome, which is the mix of bacteria and tiny organisms in the stomach that help digest food. Participants will exercise from home using Zoom, guided by a trainer for 30 minutes twice a week for 12 weeks. This exercise is meant to be moderate and match how hard participants feel they are working, using a special scale called the RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) scale.

  • Lasts for 12 weeks with exercise sessions twice a week.
  • Conducted online, so you can exercise from home.
  • Aims to help reduce symptoms and improve life quality.
