This study helps find the best treatment for veterans with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) who are not improving with their first treatment. PTSD is a mental health condition triggered by experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. The study tests if new strategies or reminders via text messages can help veterans complete their therapy activities and improve. Veterans will be randomly assigned different treatments to find the best match for each person. This study aims to provide personalized care and better use of resources.
