Phase 3

The study looks at two ways to teach mindfulness, which is a kind of meditation that helps people feel better. One way is through an app that you can use on your own, and the other is by joining live classes online. The study is for younger women who had breast cancer before age 50, finished their main cancer treatments like surgery or chemotherapy at least 6 months ago, and are feeling depressed. The goal is to see if these digital mindfulness programs can help improve their mental health. Researchers will also look at how well these programs work for different people based on things like their race or education level.

  • The study lasts 6 weeks and requires using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Participants must be able to speak English or Spanish.
  • You should not join if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant soon.
