Knee osteoarthritis (KO) is a condition that causes knee pain and can make it hard to move. This study looks at using a machine called the Vibrant Health Ultimate whole-body vibration (WBV) machine to help with knee pain and swelling in adults aged 40-75. WBV is a type of exercise that uses vibrations to help your body. It might be easier for some people than regular exercise like running or cycling. This study will take 12 weeks to see if WBV helps with knee pain and blood flow by lowering inflammation. WBV has been used safely in people with different health problems like diabetes and lung disease.

  • The study lasts for 12 weeks.
  • Participants must be able to stand for 20 minutes for WBV training.
  • People who have used WBV in the past 6 months cannot join.

To participate, you must have had knee pain for at least 6 months and be between 40 and 75 years old. If you're pregnant, have balance issues, or have had recent knee surgery, you can't join. This study could help find new ways to manage knee osteoarthritis pain.
