Phase N/A
In this study, researchers want to see if a device called the **Minuteman G5** helps people with **lumbar spine** problems. The lumbar spine is the lower part of your back. When it gets worn out, it can cause pain in your back and legs. The Minuteman G5 is a special tool used in surgery to help fix these problems. The study will check if this device works well and is safe to use. **Key Details:** - **Study Duration:** Participants will join the study for about 5 years with several check-ups, including at 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-months after treatment. - **Visits Needed:** After a year, there will be yearly check-ups, which can be done in person or remotely. - **Eligibility:** Participants must be 18 or older, have tried other treatments, and have specific back issues. Participants will share their experience with pain and how the treatment affects their quality of life. They will also do tests to see how well they can move and balance. These check-ins will help doctors understand if the Minuteman G5 is a good treatment option. Note: Participants should be ready to commit to the study's requirements and must not have certain medical issues, like severe osteoporosis or infections.
