This study looks into better ways to treat a type of womb cancer called endometrial cancer (EC) when it has spread or returned after treatment. Two medicines are being tested: Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (sac-TMT) and Pembrolizumab. Pembrolizumab helps the immune system fight cancer, while sac-TMT sticks to cancer cells to kill them. The study compares if using sac-TMT with Pembrolizumab helps patients live longer without the cancer getting worse compared to using Pembrolizumab alone.
- Study Length: The study begins with an induction phase of six cycles (3 weeks each) and may continue based on progression.
- Participation: If cancer does not progress, participants will be assigned to different treatment combinations for further study.
- Eligibility: Participants must have specific types of endometrial cancer and cannot have certain other health conditions.
