Phase 1

This study is testing a new drug, NKT3964, for adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors. Advanced or metastatic means the cancer has spread and can't be easily removed or treated. The study has two phases:

  • Phase 1: Tests different doses to find the safest amount.
  • Phase 2: Tests how well the best dose works against tumors.

To join, you need a specific type of cancer that has grown even after other treatments. You must be able to swallow pills and agree to provide tissue samples for testing.

However, you can't join if you have another serious illness or recently had a major surgery. You also can't join if you have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or certain eye and lung diseases.

Key Points:

  • Expect frequent visits for monitoring.
  • No cost to participate; travel might be reimbursed.
  • Potential risks include side effects from the drug.
