A Study of Lifileucel (Tumor-infiltrating Lymphocytes) in Adults With Advanced Endometrial Cancer.

Researching Lifileucel for advanced endometrial cancer treatment options.

Recruiting
18-70 years
Female
Phase 2

This study is looking at the safety and effect of a treatment called lifileucel for adults with advanced endometrial cancer. Endometrial cancer affects the lining of the uterus. Lifileucel uses special cells from your immune system, called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), to fight cancer. Participants should have previously tried treatments like platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-1 or PD-L1 therapy, which are medicines that help the immune system attack cancer cells. **Chemotherapy** is a type of cancer treatment that uses drugs to destroy cancer cells.

  • **Duration**: The study involves multiple visits to the clinic for treatment and follow-up.
  • **Compensation**: Participants may receive compensation for their time and travel.
  • **Eligibility**: Participants need to have specific health conditions and prior treatments to join.

Talk to your doctor if you think you might be eligible and are interested in participating in this study. Remember, your health and safety are most important, and participating in a study is a personal decision.
