This study looks at treating **capsular contracture**, a problem that can happen after breast implants. Capsular contracture is when scar tissue forms too tightly around a breast implant, causing discomfort or changes in appearance. The study will compare two groups: one will use a special support called **GalaFLEX LITE™ Scaffold**, and the other will have traditional surgery.
**Key Points:**
- The study will involve between 250 to 530 treated breasts.
- Participants will be monitored for 2 years with regular check-ups.
- Certain health conditions or use of specific medications may disqualify participation.
To join, participants must be females aged 22 to 70 who have capsular contracture and are planning a new silicone implant. They should also be comfortable with a specific surgical approach and follow-up visits. Participants cannot join if they have certain health issues, have had previous matrix use, or have conditions like breast cancer or infections. This study aims to see if GalaFLEX LITE™ Scaffold helps reduce the chance of capsular contracture coming back or other issues requiring surgery.
