Phase 2

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a common blood cancer. This study tests the effects of retreating CLL with a combination of two drugs: venetoclax (an oral pill) and obinutuzumab (given through an IV). Participants must have already tried a similar treatment and responded well. The study will include about 75 adults worldwide. Participants will be divided into two groups based on how long it took for their CLL symptoms to return after their last treatment.

In this study, participants will get 6 cycles of both drugs, followed by up to 18 cycles of venetoclax alone. Each cycle lasts 28 days. This means participants will be in the study for 12 to 24 cycles in total. They will have regular hospital or clinic visits for medical checkups, blood tests, and to discuss any side effects.

  • The study requires regular hospital visits and tests.
  • Treatment lasts between 12 and 24 cycles (28 days each).
  • There may be more treatment burden than standard care.
