Study Purpose: This study will test how safe and effective the inQB8 MonarQ Tricuspid Valve Replacement (TTVR) System is. The tricuspid valve is a part of the heart, and sometimes it leaks, a condition called tricuspid regurgitation (TR). This study is for people with severe TR who have symptoms.

  • Participation Length: There are multiple visits over about a year.
  • Inclusion: Participants must have severe TR, be stable, and treated for heart failure.
  • Risks: Those needing urgent surgery or with a history of severe heart failure may not join.

Eligibility: To join, you must not need any emergency heart surgeries soon or be in other medical studies. If you have uncontrolled heart failure, this study might not be for you. Participants will be evaluated to ensure they can complete all study procedures and follow-ups.
