Phase N/A

This study is for people with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) who are 6 years or older. Cystic Fibrosis is a disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. The study looks at a new medicine combination called vanzacaftor/tezacaftor/deutivacaftor (VTD). This is for people who had problems with the previous medicine combo elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (ETI), like mental health issues (e.g., depression, anxiety) or liver problems.

Participants will be asked to delay starting VTD for a short time to complete initial assessments. The study is observational, meaning researchers will monitor but not provide treatment. You must have a smart device, like a phone or tablet, to answer surveys. Caregivers of children under 12 can also participate by completing surveys on behalf of the child.

  • Study Length: Observational, no fixed end date.
  • Participation Requirements: Must have a smart device for surveys.
  • Risks: No direct treatment provided, but monitoring for adverse effects.

If interested, ensure you haven't taken VTD before and can follow the study rules. Also, you shouldn't be pregnant or on a transplant list.
