Phase 1

This study is testing the safety and effects of a new drug, CHS-114, combined with another drug, toripalimab, in people with advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are a type of cancer that forms in solid organs like the stomach or esophagus. Toripalimab is a medication that helps the immune system fight cancer cells.

  • The study involves taking tumor tissue samples before and during treatment.
  • Participants must have tried certain cancer treatments already and have tumors that can be measured.
  • People with certain other health conditions or allergies may not be able to join.

Participants are grouped based on the type of cancer they have, such as gastric (stomach), gastro-esophageal junction (GEJ), esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), or colorectal carcinoma (CRC). Each group has specific rules for participating. This study may involve several visits and tests to monitor safety and how well the treatment works. Participants need to have a tumor sample taken and have progressed after previous treatments. It's important to discuss with a doctor if joining is right for you.
