Study of BHV-1400 in IgA Nephropathy

IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) is a kidney disease where the immune system attacks the kidneys, causing damage. This study wants to see if a new treatment, called BHV-1400, is safe and can be tolerated by people with IgAN.

To join the study, you must have a kidney biopsy (a small tissue sample) that confirms you have IgA Nephropathy. People who have IgAN due to another disease or any other chronic kidney disease cannot participate.

  • This study checks if BHV-1400 is safe and tolerable for IgAN treatment.
  • You need a biopsy to confirm IgAN to join the study.
  • People with other kidney diseases cannot participate.
