This study checks if the medicine **guselkumab** is safe for kids with certain illnesses like ulcerative colitis (a disease causing tummy pain and diarrhea), Crohn's disease (another tummy illness), and juvenile psoriatic arthritis (a joint problem). Guselkumab is given through an injection under the skin. The study is for kids who have already tried guselkumab and found it helpful.

Who can’t join? Kids over 18 in countries where the medicine is approved, kids under 18 in those countries, pregnant or nursing kids, or kids using other treatments not allowed in the study. Also, anyone part of the study team or their family members can’t join.

  • Study duration depends on each participant's condition and response.
