Phase 1

This study is for adults with a type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma (MM). It tests a new medicine called AZD0120 to see if it's safe and how well it works. The study has two parts: Module 1 is for patients who are newly diagnosed or have had a relapse, and Module 2 is for newly diagnosed patients who have already had some treatment.

To join, you must be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed MM diagnosis. Participants need to have good organ and bone marrow function. Some people can't join, like those who had certain past treatments or have certain infections like hepatitis or HIV.

  • Study involves multiple visits to the research center.
  • No prior CAR T therapy should have been received by participants.
  • Participants will receive the new medicine AZD0120, possibly with additional maintenance therapy.

This is an open-label study, meaning everyone will know which treatment they are receiving. If interested, ensure you meet the criteria and understand the visit and treatment commitments.
