The ELEVATE III Pivotal Study is a research study to help people with heart disease. It tests a special device called the Elevate™ percutaneous Left Ventricular Assist Device System. This device helps the heart during risky procedures called high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions (HR-PCI). The device is used for up to 6 hours to support the heart and keep blood flow stable. To join the study, you need to have a planned heart procedure and meet some health conditions like having enough blood cells and being stable. You cannot join if you have certain health problems like heart failure, recent stroke, or a severe infection.

  • The study involves using a temporary heart support device for about 6 hours during a heart procedure.
  • You must have a special heart procedure planned and meet specific health criteria to participate.
  • People with serious health issues like recent strokes or certain heart valve problems cannot participate.
