This study is testing a new vitamin and mineral supplement for women after having a baby. It looks at whether this supplement can improve nutrition and health. Researchers will compare women taking the supplement to those taking a placebo, which is like a fake pill with no active ingredients. Participants will visit the University of Georgia twice and have two phone calls over 12 weeks. They will stop any other vitamin/mineral supplements during the study. Each participant will have blood drawn to check vitamin levels, and they may give urine and breast milk samples. They will also answer questions about their health and eating habits. Women will take either the study supplement or the placebo daily.

  • The study lasts for 12 weeks with two visits and two phone calls.
  • Participants will stop other vitamin supplements during the study.
  • Women will need to give blood and may give urine and breast milk samples.
