Phase 3
A Study on Ronde-cel for Large B-Cell Lymphoma This study is for people with a type of blood cancer called large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or didn't respond to regular treatment. The study compares two treatments: **ronde-cel** and another approved CAR T-cell therapy (a special treatment using your own immune cells to fight cancer). Ronde-cel is a new therapy that targets two proteins, **CD19** and **CD20**, to help the immune cells work better and longer. The study will have about 400 participants. Once enrolled, participants will get either ronde-cel or another therapy chosen by the study doctors. The treatment is given through a single IV (intravenous) infusion after preparing the body with medicines called **fludarabine** and **cyclophosphamide**. Participants will be checked for 3 years to see how well the treatment works and for safety, with a longer follow-up for up to 15 years.
  • The study lasts up to 15 years with ongoing check-ups.
  • Participants receive one infusion of the treatment after preparation.
  • About 400 people will join this study.
To join, you should not have had CAR T-cell therapy before and need to have certain health conditions checked by the study team.
