All
Phase 2

The study is for kids aged 2 to under 18 who have chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). This happens when the body rejects a transplanted organ or tissue. Kids must have tried at least two treatments before joining the study. The study compares a new drug called Axatilimab with other treatments. It checks how well Axatilimab works and if it's safe.

**Key Points:**

  • **Study Length:** The study's length and number of visits will be explained by the study team. Make sure you can commit to the schedule.
  • **Treatments:** Participants will either receive Axatilimab or another common treatment. Your doctor will help choose the best option.
  • **Risks:** There may be side effects from the treatment, and the details will be provided by the study team.

To join, participants need a stable dose of steroids for at least 2 weeks before starting. Some treatments, like cyclosporine or tacrolimus, aren't allowed close to starting the study. The study is not for those who had more than one transplant or certain health conditions.
