Phase 2

This study looks at brivekimig, a new medicine for people with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). HS is a skin condition that causes painful lumps and tunnels under the skin. The study will compare different doses of brivekimig to see how well it works and if it's safe. This is a Phase 2b clinical trial, which means it's an early study to learn more about the drug.

Participants will be in the study for about 60 weeks, or up to 164 weeks if they join the long-term study part. Not everyone can join. You need to have had HS for at least 6 months and tried antibiotics before without success. You also need to have a certain number of lumps and tunnels. Some conditions might stop you from joining, like having another skin disease, certain infections, or other serious health issues.

  • Study lasts up to 164 weeks with regular check-ups.
  • Must have tried antibiotics for HS before joining.
  • Some health issues may prevent participation.
