This study is testing a medicine called KarXT to see if it helps teenagers with schizophrenia. **Schizophrenia** is a mental illness that can cause people to see or hear things that aren't there. The study will check if KarXT is both effective and safe for adolescents. To join, you must have a diagnosis of schizophrenia confirmed by a special interview called the Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia (K-SADS-PL). You must also have a **PANSS** (Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale) score of 70 or more, which measures symptoms like confusion or lack of interest in things. If you have major health issues or other mental disorders, you might not be able to join. The study looks at how well KarXT works and checks for side effects.

- Participants will be monitored for any side effects.
- The study will provide some form of compensation.
Check with your doctor to see if joining this study is right for you.
