Phase 2

This study is checking the long-term safety and how well a medicine called APG777 works for people with atopic dermatitis (AD), a skin condition causing redness and itching. The study is for those who finished a previous APG777 study. It has three parts: a screening visit (to check if you can join), an extended treatment period (where you take the medicine), and a follow-up period (to see how you're doing after treatment).

  • Participants must have completed a previous APG777 study and followed the rules during that study.
  • The study involves using a non-prescription moisturizer that was used in the previous study.
  • People with certain skin conditions or those who had problems in the previous study may not join.

This study is important to see if APG777 is safe to use for a long time. You should expect to use the same moisturizer throughout the study and attend multiple visits. If you had any bad reactions in the previous study, you might not be able to participate. Always talk to your doctor to see if this study is good for you.
