Clinical Trial Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Nucleus Pulposus Allograft in Participants With Degenerative Disc Disease

Study testing disc treatment for degenerative disc disease safety and effectiveness.

Phase N/A
This study is testing a new treatment called **VIA Disc NP** for people with a back problem called **Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD)**. DDD happens when the discs in your spine, which are like cushions between bones, become worn out. **VIA Disc NP** is a special injection meant to help make these discs better without surgery. In this study, some people will get the actual **VIA Disc NP** treatment and some will get a fake treatment, called a sham, to compare results. After 12 months, if those who got the sham still have pain, they can switch to the real treatment and be followed for another year. **Key Points:** - Participation can last up to 24 months, with multiple follow-up visits. - Must be between 22-85 years old and have tried other treatments without success. - No prior major back surgeries or certain other treatments in the past months allowed. This study is important to see if **VIA Disc NP** is safe and works well. Participants should be ready to follow all rules and attend all clinic visits.
