Phase 1

This study focuses on treating Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) with a new personalized vaccine immunotherapy. The vaccine is made from a piece of the patient's own cancer to help the immune system remember and fight the cancer cells. The study also uses medicines called checkpoint inhibitors (pembrolizumab or ipilimumab) that help the immune system attack cancer. The trial has two phases:

Phase 1a: Patients get the vaccine alone to find the safest dose. Phase 1b: Patients get the vaccine with one of the checkpoint inhibitors to see how well it works. This approach might make the immune system better at attacking cancer and lessen the chance of the cancer returning or growing.

  • The study lasts up to 2 years, with treatments every few weeks.
  • Participants receive either the vaccine alone or with additional medicine.
  • Regular check-ups are needed to monitor for side effects.
