Study Overview: This study tests a new treatment called Enhanced Lithotripsy System (ELS) for urinary stones. Urinary stones are hard minerals that form in the urinary tract. ELS helps break these stones into tiny pieces, making them easier to pass with less pain. Participants must be 21 or older and have one stone in the ureter (a tube connecting the kidney and bladder).
Procedure: You will have the ELS treatment and a follow-up 30 days later with a CT scan to check if the stone fragments are gone. If stones remain, you will have another check-up at Day 60. The study will also check your pain levels, quality of life, and how quickly you return to normal activities.
- Study Length: Up to 60 days with two follow-up visits.
- Risks: Minimal discomfort from the procedure, similar to usual treatments.
- Compensation: Not specified; check with study coordinators.
