Phase N/A

This study looks at telerehabilitation (TR) for stroke patients to see if it helps improve arm movement better than regular care alone. Telerehabilitation means doing therapy exercises at home through technology, like a computer or tablet. Patients will be split into two groups: one gets TR plus usual care, and the other gets usual care only. However, the usual care group will also get TR after the study ends.

  • Participation lasts about 8 months with 4 in-person visits for tests and one MRI scan.
  • TR involves 70 minutes of arm exercises a day, 6 days a week, for 6 weeks.
  • Participants need to be between 18-80 years old and have had a stroke in the last 90-150 days.

People with severe health issues or who can't attend visits may not qualify. If you join, you'll help researchers understand how TR can aid recovery after a stroke. This study requires a commitment to regular exercise and study visits.
