Phase 1

This study tests the safety and effectiveness of a new treatment, JNJ-90301900, for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). HNSCC is a cancer that starts in the outer tissue layers of the mouth and throat. The treatment involves injecting JNJ-90301900 directly into tumors, alongside usual chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It's an open-label study, meaning both doctors and participants know the treatment being given.

To join, you must have a confirmed diagnosis of HNSCC in specific areas like the mouth or throat and be at stage III, IVA, or IVB. You should be suitable for chemoradiation therapy. However, if your cancer originates in places like the paranasal sinuses or you have non-squamous cancer types, you cannot participate.

  • Study Length: Phase 1b, details about duration are not specific.
  • Visits: Requires regular visits for treatment and monitoring.
  • Risks: Possible allergies or intolerance to JNJ-90301900.
