Phase 3
**A Study of Eloralintide (LY3841136) in Participants With Persistent Obesity Who Are Treated With a Weekly Incretin** This study checks how well a medicine called *eloralintide* works and how safe it is for people with obesity (very overweight) or who are overweight. Some people may also have type 2 diabetes. Participants need to be already taking a stable medicine called an *incretin*, which helps control blood sugar. The study will last about 80 weeks, which is a little over a year and a half. Participants should be on stable incretin therapy and have a body mass index (BMI) over 30, or over 27 if they have other health issues like high blood pressure or sleep apnea. People who have had certain surgeries or treatments for obesity, type 1 diabetes, or some heart problems recently will not be able to join the study. **Key Points:** - **Duration**: The study lasts about 80 weeks. - **Eligibility**: Must be on stable incretin therapy and meet specific health criteria. - **Exclusions**: Prior obesity surgeries, type 1 diabetes, and recent serious heart issues disqualify participation. Participants should consider their current health conditions and any recent treatments when deciding to join.
