NEPTUNE Match Study is designed to help kidney patients and their doctors find the right clinical trials. A clinical trial is a special study to test new medical treatments. This study helps match patients with trials that suit them best. Participants are recruited from the NEPTUNE observational study. The study involves four steps: recruiting participants, analyzing patient data, communicating trial matches, and comparing health outcomes.

Eligibility means who can join the study. To be eligible, you must already be in the NEPTUNE study, be potentially eligible for the NEPTUNE Match trials, receive regular kidney care at a NEPTUNE site, and agree to participate. People under 6 may not be eligible if no trial for that age is available. You cannot join if you're not in the NEPTUNE study or if you don't speak English or Spanish.

  • Participation involves matching patients to clinical trials.
  • Must already be a NEPTUNE study participant.
  • Communication with doctors and patients is key.
