This study is testing a new medicine, **ENV-294**, for adults who have moderate-to-severe asthma. Asthma is a condition that makes breathing hard. The study lasts **12 weeks**, and participants take a pill daily. Some will get the real medicine, ENV-294, while others will get a fake pill, called a placebo. Before starting, there is up to a 28-day period to check if you can join. Throughout the study, doctors will check your safety, the amount of medicine in your blood, and how well it helps with asthma.
- **Time Commitment**: 12-week study with visits for check-ups.
- **Eligibility**: Must be 18-75 years old and currently on certain asthma treatments.
- **Exclusions**: Recent asthma attacks or other lung issues might disqualify you.
You'll need to have asthma diagnosed by a doctor and be on inhalers with medications like ICS and LABA. If you've had severe asthma problems recently or other serious health issues, you might not be able to join. This study helps us understand if ENV-294 can make breathing easier for people with asthma.
