Phase 1/2

AVENTINE-1 is a research study testing a new drug called AVZO-1418 for people with advanced cancer tumors. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how it works in the body. In Phase 1, doctors will find out the safest dose by starting with a low amount and increasing it. This helps to know how much can be given safely. In Phase 2, they will see if the drug works against cancer either by itself or with other treatments. This study is for adults aged 18 to 75 with certain types of cancer, who are otherwise healthy enough to participate.

  • The study lasts for several months and involves receiving the drug through a vein.
  • Participants must visit the clinic regularly for monitoring and tests.
  • There are risks of side effects like any other drug, and not everyone will qualify due to health conditions.
