Phase N/A

This study is about understanding how people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) feel about using wearable devices, like smartwatches or body sensors, to monitor their symptoms. PD is a condition that affects the brain and causes movement problems like shaking and stiffness. It can be hard to keep track of these symptoms because they change throughout the day. Wearable devices might help by collecting data at home, but we want to know what patients think about using them.

We'll ask people with PD to fill out a special questionnaire, which has five parts. It asks about their experiences with PD, how comfortable they are with technology, and their thoughts on using devices for symptom monitoring. This information will help us understand what patients like or don’t like about these devices and what might make it easier or harder for them to use them.

  • Participants must be between 18-99 years old and have Parkinson's Disease.
  • The study is just a survey, so there are no treatments or risks involved.
  • The questionnaire is developed by experts and takes a little time to complete, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
