Phase 3

This study tests the safety and effectiveness of a medicine called Corabotase (or IPN10200) for treating deep lines between the eyebrows, known as glabellar lines. These lines can affect how people feel about their looks. Participants will either get Corabotase or a fake treatment (placebo) to see how well it works.

The study has three parts: a screening period of up to 20 days with at least one visit, a treatment period with up to four treatment cycles where multiple visits are needed, and a follow-up period of 24 weeks to monitor health.

Participants will have health checks, like blood tests and heart monitoring (ECG), and will fill out forms and keep a diary. The study lasts up to 107 weeks, and participants can leave anytime if they choose.

  • Study Duration: Up to 107 weeks.
  • Visits Required: Multiple visits especially during the first month, then once a month.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18 or older with moderate to severe glabellar lines.
