Phase N/A

This study is for adults with schizophrenia, which is a mental disorder affecting how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. The study is looking at how effective a medication called KarXT is for treating this condition. KarXT is a mix of two medicines: xanomeline and trospium chloride. The study wants to see how people in the real world react to this treatment and if there are any side effects.

To join, you need to be 18 or older and already diagnosed with schizophrenia. You must be starting or planning to switch to KarXT. If you have ever used KarXT before and stopped, or if you have certain medical issues like severe liver problems or eye problems, you cannot join. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are also not eligible.

  • Participants must already be treated for schizophrenia and ready to switch to KarXT.
  • This is a real-world study, meaning it reflects everyday treatment scenarios.
  • Some psychiatric medicines are allowed during the study if kept stable.
