This study is testing a drug called inclisiran to see if it helps prevent heart and limb problems in patients who have had procedures like a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or peripheral endovascular intervention (PVI). Inclisiran is a medicine given as a shot under the skin every six months, and it helps lower bad cholesterol (LDL-C) when used with other medicines called statins. The study will include about 6,000 patients and last around four years. Participants will either get inclisiran or a placebo (a shot with no medicine) and continue their usual care.
- The study lasts about four years and involves regular follow-ups.
- Participants will receive injections every six months.
- To join, you must be over 18 and have had a PCI or PVI within 14 days.
