This study is for adults with a type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma. It compares a new treatment, AZD0120 (a type of CAR-T therapy that targets BCMA and CD19 proteins on cancer cells), against usual treatments. CAR-T therapy involves collecting and modifying a patient's T-cells to better fight cancer.
To join, you must have multiple myeloma that's returned after treatment, be 18 or older, and meet specific health criteria. You should not have certain other conditions or have undergone certain treatments before.
- **Treatments and Visits:** You'll be randomly assigned to receive either AZD0120 or standard treatment, involving regular visits to the clinic.
- **Risk and Side Effects:** As with any treatment, there may be risks or side effects, which will be carefully monitored.
- **Compensation:** Participants may receive compensation for their time and travel.
This study aims to find out if AZD0120 is more effective and safer than existing treatments for multiple myeloma.
