This study is comparing two treatments for certain types of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), follicular helper T-cell lymphomas (FHTCLs), and systemic anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (sALCL). The new treatment being tested is called **soquelitinib**, which is a pill that blocks a specific protein in the body. The other treatment is the standard care, which includes medicines like belinostat or pralatrexate. About 150 people will join the study, and they will be divided into two groups—one group will get soquelitinib and the other will get standard care. The study will last for up to 2 years unless the disease worsens or side effects become too severe. If cancer progresses in those receiving standard care, they may switch over to receive soquelitinib.
- The study lasts up to 2 years and may involve switching treatments.
- Participants will be divided into two treatment groups: soquelitinib or standard care.
- Participants must be 18 or older and have specific types of lymphoma.
