Phase 1

PYX-201 Study is for adults with advanced solid tumors. Tumors are abnormal growths, and "advanced" means they have spread or come back. The main aim is to find the best dose of PYX-201, a new medicine, and see how well it works on these tumors.

Eligibility: To join, participants need to have a confirmed type of cancer and be in good health according to certain tests. They must be 18 or older, not be pregnant, and have a life expectancy over 3 months. Some other health conditions might prevent participation, like recent serious heart issues or infections.

  • The study involves regular health checks and monitoring.
  • Participants might need to provide fresh tumor samples.
  • They should not have had recent cancer treatments before starting PYX-201.

This study helps researchers learn more about PYX-201 and its effects, which might lead to better cancer treatments in the future. Joining this study means contributing to important cancer research. Participants should discuss with their doctor to see if it's a fit for them.
